Write in rich text or markdown, drop in checklists and images, and link notes to each other with [[wikilinks]]. When one note becomes a hundred, folders keep the whole thing calm.
Not everything is a list. Open a board and you get an infinite whiteboard: sticky notes, shapes, arrows, images, and free drawing with a pen or your finger.
A third kind of note acts like a database: entries in rows, properties in columns, and saved views to visualise entries. Catalogue your films, your box sets or your card binder. Or keep a client list, a stock sheet, a small CRM. Whatever you'd otherwise open a spreadsheet for, except it lives with everything else.
Text and long text, numbers that keep their leading zeros, dates as loose as a year, checkboxes, dropdowns, links, images and file attachments.
Save as many views as you like. Each one keeps its own columns, its own order, its own filters and sort, so "everything" and "still to watch" are one click apart.
Import a CSV and it works out the delimiter, the columns and the field types, with every guess yours to override. Export back out as CSV or Markdown any time.
The operators you're offered depend on what the column holds, so you can't build a question the data can't answer. Sort on as many levels as you need.
Publish a collection to a private link. Visitors get search, filters, every view and a download button, and no way at all to change what's in it.
Folders, tags, pinning, ⌘K search, the recycle bin and end-to-end encryption all work on a collection exactly as they already do on everything else.
Turn on time tracking and every task gets a duration field. There's no timer to remember to stop, just the honest number, typed in as you go. Your week adds itself up into a timesheet you can export.
Create a team area, invite people with a link, and share projects, tasks and notes. Your personal stuff stays exactly where it was: separate, private, untouched.

That string is what our server actually stores for a note title when encryption is on. Your password derives the key, the key never leaves your browser, and a one-time recovery key is yours to keep. We couldn't read your notes if we wanted to, and we don't want to.
App-based TOTP with one-time backup codes, plus a live list of your sessions. Sign out any device from any other device.
Export everything, empty the recycle bin, or delete your account outright, and every row that belongs to you goes with it.
